As part of our Cloud Growth strategy, we are opening an opportunity for a Senior Solutions Sales Executive to work on a designated region to support Cloud platform selling. The Multicloud Solutions Sales Exec will be accountable for partnering closely with our customers’ C-suite and cloud hyperscalers such as Google, AWS, MSFT. The Multicloud Solutions Sales will play a critical role in developing new business opportunities within a customer’s region, nurturing existing and long-lasting senior relationships at our customers, and in partnership with Google, AWS, MSFT, contributing to new contracts and projects to drive Cloud consumption and revenue growth. In this role, you will be a key member of our EMEA Technology community.

  • Cloud confident: Able to outline the full Oracle Cloud picture and explain Universal Credits commercials.
  • Hands-On: Able to personally demo or give quick hands-on examples of Cloud usage “on the spot”, without always needing to engage technical resources.
  • Value-driven: Able to identify real use-cases for Cloud in the customer that drive value and can lead to rapid expansion of original deals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven successful and highly attuned influencing skills.
  • Proficient in English and French.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve. You will:

  • Help develop and maintain senior and long-lasting relationships with key customers to understand their needs and identify new opportunities, partnering closely with counterparts at Google, AWS, MSFT based on the setup of our customers.
  • Provide your Cloud Solutions expertise to help IaaS/PaaS technology deals across customers in your region using world-leading cloud offerings from Oracle.
  • Promote and evangelize Oracle products to selected customers, partners, and internal audiences.
  • Contribute to account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions.
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with our partners to define, recommend, and drive sales.
  • Be an expert in developing appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and regional success stories.
  • Work closely with the sales team, counterparts at Google, AWS, MSFT to identify and pursue new business opportunities or support Prime Sales and Partner Sales teams within your territory.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Architects and Technical Specialists to develop and deliver customized solutions for customers.
  • Encourage and support the adoption of our IT operation management and monitoring tools in the cloud.
  • Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists.
  • Be a champion for Oracle’s Cloud strategy, capable of articulating this to customers and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant Oracle Lines of Business to ensure resources are available when required.
