DAT-Schaub in France is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead Food Safety, Quality and Compliance across four manufacturing sites. This role blends strategic leadership with practical, on-the-floor involvement to embed top-quality practices in daily operations.

You will oversee audits, certifications (IFS/BRCGS/ISO 22000), and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with production teams and senior leadership. Fluency in French and English preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience in a Quality Management role within food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety legislation and GMP.
• Experience with IFS, BRCGS, ISO 22000 or similar standards.
• Proven track record leading multi-site audits and certifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead and improve the Food Safety & Quality Management System across four sites.
• Act as HACCP Team Leader and monitor food safety risks.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, customer requirements and internal standards.
• Promote proactive food safety culture across sites.
• Drive CAPAs and audit readiness through certifications.
