Qualifications

• Expérience en supervision dans le domaine de l'ingénierie mécanique.
• Connaissance des équipements rotatifs : pompes, blowers, compresseurs.
• Compréhension des normes et compliance liées aux projets industriels.

Responsabilités

• Superviser et guider les entrepreneurs dans les projets de debottlenecking.
• Assurer la conformité des conceptions avec les spécifications du projet.
• Coordonner les interfaces entre disciplines et gérer la communication.

Job Description:

We are looking for a MTH / METHOD ENGINEERING LEADER (M/F) for one of our clients, based in Île-de-France, France, for an 8-month contract.

Overview

The MTH Lead is responsible for supervising, controlling, and coordinating all Mechanical Rotating Equipment engineering works related to pumps, blowers, compressors, etc., including Basic and Detailed engineering works for the Lifex Project or other debottlenecking projects in PBF.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Guidance: Supervise and guide FPSO Basic / EPCI Contractors for all aspects of the discipline related to Dalia or other FPSO debottlenecking projects; supervise and guide tenderers / EPC Contractors for all aspects of the MTH discipline.
• Standards & Compliance: Ensure that SOR, Project Specifications and Procedures, company General Specifications, and international codes are strictly followed for the design of modifications/integrations.

Detailed Activities include:

1. Review detailed design, produce comments, explain to contractors, and follow up on implementation.
2. Review, propose, and approve answers to technical queries related to discipline.
3. Coordinate interfaces between disciplines and packages, liaising with other engineering leaders.
4. Maintain regular communication with counterparts, conduct technical meetings, and report on progress, issues, and mitigation measures.
5. Assist in review of change orders, planning constraints, and participate in technical evaluations.
6. Follow-up with vendors and suppliers, assist in testing and FAT processes.
7. Support HQ and ensure lessons learned are integrated.
8. Contribute to evaluations, propose design optimizations, ensure compliance with standards and laws.
9. Perform or supervise mechanical calculations, provide documentation for PR points.
10. Promote safety, digitalization, and cost optimization, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
11. Support team members, assess workload, and ensure quality assurance.
