Le candidat supervisera et coordonnera les travaux d'ingénierie pour des équipements rotatifs mécaniques, garantissant la conformité et la qualité des projets. Qualifications

• Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire.
• Bilingue français/anglais souhaité.
• Compétence en normes internationales et code de conception.

Responsabilités

• Superviser et guider les entrepreneurs sur des projets FPSO.
• Revoir les conceptions détaillées et suivre l'implémentation.
• Gérer la communication avec les équipes techniques.

Job Description:

We are looking for a "MTH / METHOD ENGINEERING LEADER (M/F)" for one of our clients, based in Île-de-France, France for an 8-month contract.

Responsibilities include supervising, controlling, and coordinating Mechanical Rotating Equipment engineering works related to pumps, blowers, compressors, etc., including Basic and Detailed engineering works for the Lifex Project or other debottlenecking projects in PBF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide FPSO Basic / EPCI Contractors for all aspects of the discipline related to Dalia or other FPSO debottlenecking projects
• Supervise and guide tenderers / EPC Contractors for all aspects of the MTH discipline
• Ensure standards & compliance with SOR, Project Specifications, Procedures, company General Specifications, and international codes for design modifications/integrations

Detailed Activities include:

1. Review detailed design, produce comments, explain to contractors, and follow up on implementation
2. Review, propose, and approve answers to technical queries related to discipline
3. Coordinate interfaces between disciplines and packages, liaising with other engineering leaders
4. Maintain communication with counterparts and hold technical meetings to monitor progress
5. Report to Engineering Leader on technical issues, progress, and quality, proposing mitigation measures
6. Assist in reviewing change orders, planning constraints, and participate in technical evaluations
7. Follow-up with vendors and suppliers, assist in testing and FAT processes
8. Support HQ, contribute to project evaluations, propose design optimizations, and ensure all activities adhere to safety and legal standards
9. Promote digitalization, innovation, cost optimization, and safety culture within the team
10. Ensure effective communication and client satisfaction throughout project stages
11. Support other team members, perform quality assurance, and manage workload to avoid overload
