Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Technician to monitor, sustain and improve critical manufacturing equipment. You will work with the Shift Operations team, perform preventative maintenance, and apply mechanical, electrical, and PC/software skills to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Ability to work on 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment following plans and manuals.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and validation.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as needed and implement modifications per engineers.
• Incorporate AI-assisted insights to improve efficiency and quality.
