The role involves managing SAP issues and supporting the Component Maintenance Repair and Overhaul department. Responsabilités

• Fix litigations blocking the MRO flow.
• Analyze SAP bugs.
• Maintain a root-cause follow-up for each litigation.
• Manage SAP/server authorizations and job attribution.
• Create and drive SAP modifications requested to the Method & Tools department.
• Maintain a monthly dashboard with key indicators.
• Prepare and update training documents and deliver user training.
• Support the department with SAP updates.
