Job Description

Improve customer satisfaction and fleet availability by securing repair lead time and costs with internal and external repair shops. Act as a key SAP user supporting the Component Maintenance Repair and Overhaul department, fixing litigations on MRO flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Fix litigations blocking the flow, following a defined procedure.
• Analyze SAP bugs.
• Maintain a root‑cause follow‑up for each litigation and launch corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Manage SAP/server authorizations, job attribution and revocation.
• Create, prioritise and drive SAP modifications requested to the Method & Tools department (JIRA tickets).
• Maintain a monthly dashboard with key indicators: litigations received/solved, TAT of litigation treatment.
• Prepare and update training documents, and deliver user training.
• Support the department with SAP updates (POs, quotes, etc.).
• Apply specific processes: create complex POs, fictive flows, subsidiary DC flow.
• Collect tool improvement requests and participate in transversal SAP projects.
