Job Description
Improve customer satisfaction and fleet availability by securing repair lead time and costs with internal and external repair shops. Act as a key SAP user supporting the Component Maintenance Repair and Overhaul department, fixing litigations on MRO flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Fix litigations blocking the flow, following a defined procedure.
- Analyze SAP bugs.
- Maintain a root‑cause follow‑up for each litigation and launch corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Manage SAP/server authorizations, job attribution and revocation.
- Create, prioritise and drive SAP modifications requested to the Method & Tools department (JIRA tickets).
- Maintain a monthly dashboard with key indicators: litigations received/solved, TAT of litigation treatment.
- Prepare and update training documents, and deliver user training.
- Support the department with SAP updates (POs, quotes, etc.).
- Apply specific processes: create complex POs, fictive flows, subsidiary DC flow.
- Collect tool improvement requests and participate in transversal SAP projects.
Required Competencies
- Proficiency in IT programming and development.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP data management.
- Strong relational skills and team spirit.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with continuous improvement and automation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of cooperation with stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Language Requirements
- English: Advanced (B2).
- French: fluent.
