Infosys in Paris, France is seeking a Category Manager – Maintenance & Services (MRO) Global Category Lead to develop and execute an MRO strategy across manufacturing and industrial services. This role requires 8–10 years in MRO category management, a business or engineering background, and preferred CPSM/CPSD/CIPS/PMP certifications; strong stakeholder engagement and global-scope procurement experience.

You will lead regional teams, drive savings, negotiate MSAs, and deliver governance and cost

Qualifications

8–10 years’ experience in handling category management activities in the MRO space.
Good client facing & client management skills.
Exposure in drafting category strategy, sourcing planning, business case creation, sourcing execution and contract closure.

Responsabilités

Set overarching category and sourcing strategy for the engagement, ensuring alignment between strategy and delivery.
Lead, direct, and develop regional delivery team, setting priorities and removing blockers.
Develop and execute category strategies for MRO aligned with business and operational goals.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, service levels, and master service agreements.
Deliver and report annual cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation metrics.
