Air Liquide France Industrie seeks a Category Manager Professional Service and Consulting to lead strategic external intellectual services across Europe. You will partner with C-suite leaders to shift sourcing from transactional to strategic demand management and to accelerate digital buying platforms.

You will drive governance, ensure compliant programmes, and shape the demand for advisory, tax, legal, HR services, and engineering design offices across multiple European entities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive strategic procurement leadership.
• 3–5 years managing complex Professional Services / Legal / Tax portfolios in a European matrix environment.
• Ability to negotiate MSAs and complex pricing models.
• Experience in governance frameworks and internal audit alignment.

Responsabilités

• Define, deploy, and govern European multi-year category strategies to consolidate spend.
• Lead European rollout of GP10 governance and ensure early procurement oversight in transformation roadmaps.
• Shape executive demand with rigorous business case justification and clear deliverables before external mandates.
• Scale digital marketplaces and integrate ERP buying models across Europe.
• Leverage AI and BI to maximize spend visibility and automate processes while enhancing internal customer experience.
