Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) seeks a Loan Processor to deliver quality customer service by gathering documentation, communicating with customers and Loan Officers, and ensuring disclosures meet regulations.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in residential mortgage processing, experience with Encompass, and knowledge of RESPA, TIL, Regulation B and related loan documents. Strong math, analytical and communication skills are essential, with attention to detail and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass is required.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z and Regulation B, and related loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower credit, employment, income, and assets as required by the loan program.
• Assemble the loan package for underwriting.
• Verify documentation and complete loan checklists.
• Prepare loan approval summaries and required disclosures.
• Coordinate with Loan Originator, customer, and underwriter to obtain missing documents.
