Dormont Manufacturing Co seeks a seasoned CRE credit analyst to evaluate, approve or decline complex commercial real estate loan applications, and to assist portfolio management with monitoring, renewals, and documentation accuracy.

The role partners with CRE Bankers, underwriters, and legal teams to deliver accurate credit decisions and robust due diligence, ensuring compliance with bank standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Seven to ten years of credit analysis experience with Commercial Real Estate Underwriters and Relationship Bankers is expected.
• Formal commercial credit training completed.
• Experience assisting Senior Bank Officers with complex, high-dollar credits is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with CRE Relationship Bankers to gather financial statements and project data for credit analysis.
• Analyze financial statements, including footnotes.
• Order reports to complete due diligence.
• Support Senior CRE Portfolio Manager and CRE Banker in structuring and pricing transactions.
• Prepare credit approval packages with reasoned credit decisions.
• Monitor loan documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
