Opal is seeking a Monetization Manager to accelerate growth and own B2C revenue. You will lead paywall experiments, pricing, and Android/Web monetization while collaborating with Product, Design and Engineering to ship end-to-end monetization features.

You will own the monetization roadmap within a high-ownership Growth Systems team, driving lifecycle monetization, offers, and revenue initiatives that shape Opal's growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years owning monetization at a consumer subscription app.
• Hands-on experience implementing paywalls in a paywall tool (e.g., Superwall, RevenueCat, Adapty).
• Self-serve on data and AI with product analytics and subscription reporting.
• Own the pricing model with a defined price ladder or elasticity view.
• Deep familiarity with App Store Connect and Play Console subscription mechanics.
• Experience in a small, high-ownership team and end-to-end ownership of initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Own paywall and offer experimentation end-to-end, including onboarding and in-app surfaces and pricing tests.
• Own pricing; design the price ladder, trial offers and geography/PPP pricing bands.
• Grow Android and Web monetization as key growth levers.
• Build monetization surfaces inside the product with gating, entitlements, and upsell partnerships.
• Own recovery and lifecycle monetization including trial cancellations, churn recovery, and referral offers.
