Opal is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to build an app used by millions to reclaim attention. This role is remote across the EU or UK, with bi-annual global meetups and team gatherings. You will own significant app surfaces, bring craft to life, and help shape a fast-growing product in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

You will leverage Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit and Combine, work with AI-enabled workflows, and have startup experience. French language is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building iOS apps with live work in the App Store.
• Deep knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit and Combine.
• Experience working in or with startups at scale.
• Ability to lead with AI-enhanced workflows and maintain craft.

Responsabilités

• Ship features and interactions end to end in the iOS app.
• Bring your own ideas into the product, not just execute specs.
• Design and analyse AB tests, and act on what the metrics say.
• Improve our dev workflows, tooling and how the team works with AI.
• Work directly with design and product in a flat, collaborative structure.
• Support customers and stay close to what they're experiencing.
