Verkor is building a cutting‑edge gigafactory in Bourbourg and Dunkirk to produce lithium‑ion battery modules at scale. We seek a Module Process Manager to lead process engineering for module assembly, driving performance and reliability on our high‑volume lines.

You will own DOE, PFMEA, control plans and collaborate with customers and suppliers to meet schedule and OEE targets, contributing to the success of Europe’s mobility transition.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, or related field.
• Over 10 years of lithium‑ion battery module experience.
• Exposure to high‑volume manufacturing for automotive customers.
• Proven leadership of an engineering team; CAD and data analysis proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Review, install, improve and ramp up module process equipment for Gigafactory-scale lines.
• Meet schedule targets and track overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) for module processes.
• Collaborate closely with customers and machine suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Establish processes through DOE, PFMEA and control plans and ensure quality.

We are looking for a Module Process Manager to join our Process Engineering team based in the gigafactory at Bourbourg, France. You will oversee the development of our module assembly processes in the context of the launching of our state‑of‑the‑art gigafactory.

Responsibilities

• Process equipment specification review, installation, improvement, and ramp‑up for the Module lines at Gigafactory scale
• Meeting key targets for schedule and OEE for the module process performance
• Collaborating closely with the customer and machine suppliers
• Process establishment through DOE establishment and verification, PFMEA, control plan, etc.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, or a related field
• More than 10 years of experience in the lithium‑ion battery module field
• Exposure to high‑volume manufacturing of cells and modules for an automotive customer
• Extensive experience in team management for an engineering group
• Knowledge and operating experience of CAD software and data analysis software
