• In-depth expertise in the technologies of the M365 ecosystem, including Azure AD / Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Proven experience in designing M365 architectures and leading large-scale technical projects.
• Certifications in at least one of the following: MS700, MS102, AZ800 / 801, SC300.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French for effective collaboration in an international environment.
• Passion for modern infrastructures with solid experience in M365 project management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team within an international context and manage large-scale projects.
• Proactive learning attitude and knowledge sharing to stay updated with technological developments.
• Focus on quality and customer needs, with the ability to provide effective advice.
• Strong communication skills enabling successful work in a multicultural environment, in English and French.
• Define migration strategies to facilitate secure and efficient transfer of infrastructures to Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, or Active Directory solutions, optimizing user collaboration and productivity.
• Lead the design, installation, and configuration of technological architecture, following phases of Planning, Analysis, Design, Construction, and Testing.
• Manage medium to large-sized projects, ensuring progress communication, risk management, and financial oversight in line with company commitments.
• Apply technical expertise and consulting skills to guide clients and create tailored solutions.
• Participate in developing client relationships and business proposals.
• Manage teams of onshore and offshore consultants and contribute to internal community activities.
• Share knowledge within the technical community through deep-dive sessions, articles, and training.
