Description du poste

The Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Group COO & GO CEO and the Chief of Staff in managing day-to-day strategic priorities, stakeholder engagement, and governance. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership, participate in high-impact initiatives, and contribute to shaping the future of AXA Group and AXA Group Operations. With a focus on operational excellence and strategic support, this role is ideal for a driven professional with 3–5 years of experience looking to develop in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Engagement and Governance

1. Act as trusted advisor to the Group COO together with the chief of staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective stakeholder engagement.
2. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to prepare and execute high-stake discussions, and secure high-impact presentations for senior leadership.
3. Support the preparation and follow-up of the Global IT ExCom governance.
4. Facilitate the animation of the Group Operations chief of staff community.

2. Strategic and Communication Support

1. Support the preparation of high-quality internal and external communications, including speeches, memos, and interventions for the senior executive.
2. Assist in the preparation of strategic briefs, agendas and content for Group stakeholders or for the senior executive for meetings with external vendors, entity visits, and key stakeholder engagements.
3. Contribute to the development of strategic materials and support Group-wide initiatives.

3. Operational Support

1. Work closely with the personal assistant and Chief of Staff to secure prioritization and seamless management of the Group COO’s schedule.
2. Provide hands-on support for organizing key events, such as seminars and learning expeditions.
3. Oversee the budget of the COO office division.
4. Provide ad-hoc support across projects and initiatives as needed to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment, ideally with exposure to governance, communications, or senior stakeholder management.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to synthesize complex information – French desirable.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
4. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
5. A proactive mindset with the capacity to think critically and solve problems.
