Job summary

Harmattan AI seeks an MLOps Engineer to own training/evaluation pipelines, CI, and experiment tracking from Paris (also roles in Lausanne or Zurich). You will build controlled, reproducible ML workflows so modelers can focus on models rather than infrastructure.

You will maintain a model registry, ensure reproducibility, and drive test automation for on-device or hardware-in-the-loop testing. A STEM background, strong Python, and a service-oriented mindset align with Harmattan AI's mission.

Qualifications

Degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience building ML pipelines, CI, and experiment tracking in production or research.
Strong Python and software engineering for infrastructure.
Bonus: experience with on-device or hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Systematic, reliability-minded, service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain reproducible ML training and evaluation pipelines.
Implement CI and ensure experiments are comparable across code, config, and models.
Maintain a model lifecycle registry from sandbox to production.
Track experiments and log results for traceability.
Wire test runs into automation for on-device and hardware-in-the-loop setups.
