Job Description:

Role: Mixed-Signal ASIC Project Manager
Location: Paris, France
Salary: Negotiable
Duration: Permanent

Lead the design planning and execution of mixed-signal ASICs across all design facets, from concept and new IP development to final silicon. Interface with management, product marketing, and key customers. Promote best practices to enhance program performance and efficiency.

Work responsibilities:

1. Drive accountability, solve problems, remove roadblocks, and address risks to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
2. Provide project leadership, collaborating with cross-functional silicon development teams to meet commitments.
3. Plan and execute projects rigorously to improve certainty of delivery.
4. Manage relationships with supply-chain partners including foundries, testing and packaging houses, and IP providers.
5. Represent engineering in interactions with product marketing and customers.
6. Ensure communication and visibility across organizational levels.
7. Implement and promote best practices for performance and repeatability.
8. Lead lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Manage technical and project risks through structured methodologies.
10. Handle requirements and documentation management processes.
11. Apply quality assurance tools and methods, ideally leading projects through ISO audits.

Qualifications and experience:

• MSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 5+ years managing complex IC development projects.
• Proven experience in analog, mixed-signal, and RF block design and characterization.
• Understanding of analog and digital IC design flows.
• Experience as a Technical Program Manager in mixed-signal IC projects with tight schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project.
• Experience managing product development from concept to production.
• Knowledge of project governance, change management, and lifecycle management processes.
