SERVPRO is seeking a Crew Chief to lead restoration projects and ensure top-tier service on-site. You will coordinate production activities, supervise technicians, and maintain detailed job files to support service delivery.

As a frontline ambassador for the SERVPRO brand, you will drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, coordinating resources and materials to meet project needs while delivering a positive client experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
