Job Description

• As a Middle Officer Intermediaries, you will support our Partner Solutions team in managing relationships with channel partners. Your key responsibilities include:
• Supporting administrative activities, including onboarding new business relationships and coordinating with internal departments
• Managing client and prospect relationships, providing high-quality service and regular updates
• Handling inquiries via phone and email, and staying informed about industry developments
• Producing regular KPI reports and supporting team activities to acquire and develop partnerships

Qualifications

• Knowledge of life insurance, wealth management, and independent financial advisors (European networks an advantage)
• Understanding of industry regulations (MiFID, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, privacy)
• Fluency in French and English; excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to partner satisfaction
