Qualifications

  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en middle office ou opérations.
  • Expérience avec les produits structurés.
  • Connaissance des systèmes de réservation et outils de traitement du cycle de vie.

Context & Mission

As our client base expands and their operational demands grow, middle office services are becoming more strategic—both for the satisfaction of our clients and for the scalability of our business.

We are now creating a dedicated Middle Office team to take full ownership of these activities. This is a new function within LexiFi, and we are looking for a talented and driven individual to build and lead this team.

As Middle Office Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, with a mission to structure and scale this function, bringing both operational excellence and strategic insight. You will play a central role in our delivery model and act as a key internal and client-facing leader.

Role and Responsibilities

You will lead the end-to-end ownership of LexiFi’s Middle Office services, combining operational execution with strategic development :

  • Lifecycle Event Management : Supervise the computation and processing of lifecycle events for clients' structured product portfolios—covering cash flows, barrier observations, early redemptions, maturity events, corporate actions, etc. Ensure timely and accurate delivery aligned with service level expectations.
  • Product Booking : Oversee the modeling and booking of structured products in clients’ systems, ensuring fidelity to product terms and effective use of LexiFi’s modeling platform.
  • Market data : Collaborate closely with the Product and Development teams to enhance and expand our market data services, coverage, and third-party integrations.
  • Platform Development Participation : Collaborate with LexiFi’s engineering and product teams to further automate lifecycle event processing and product booking workflows using our existing tools (API, PDF importer, lifecycle dashboard, workflow, etc.). Provide business input to guide enhancements.
  • Project Leadership – Third Party Integration : Lead integration projects with issuers, custodians, and execution platforms. These initiatives aim to automate data exchanges and reconciliation for both initial product booking and ongoing lifecycle management.
  • Team Creation and Leadership : Build and manage the new Middle Office team. Define best practices, implement robust workflows, and foster a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile & Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated professional who combines deep operational expertise with the ability to lead a team and drive cross-functional projects.

  • Strong sense of ownership and leadership
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Methodical and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and client teams

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in middle office, operations, or product control within a financial institution or fintech
  • Experience with structured products across asset classes (equity, credit, rates, FX, etc.).
  • Familiarity with booking systems and lifecycle processing tools
  • Proven ability to lead projects and / or teams
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Comfort working with technology (e.g. Python, VBA) is a strong advantage
