We are looking for a product-focused Middle Mobile Manual QA Engineer to join the team. The team works on a Money mobile application allowing users to make transactions in different destination countries, manage exchange rates, and perform mobile top-ups.

Money app is a mobile application that includes Money Transfer and Mobile Top-up services, supporting IDT's mission of enabling people to keep in touch and share resources with family and friends worldwide.

You will:

1. Conduct mobile and backend testing, ensuring quality assurance of the software.
2. Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases.
3. Review automation regression results on a regular basis.
4. Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
5. Communicate with stakeholders regarding release readiness.
6. Manage the release process, conducting post-release testing and monitoring.
7. Review negative client feedback and investigate issues.
8. Coordinate the work of other QA team members.

Requirements:

• Experience in manual mobile and backend testing of 2+ years.
• Expertise in testing fundamentals, test design techniques, and testing strategies.
• Proficiency in using testing tools such as Android Studio, Charles, Postman, and Jira.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Good level of English – B2 or higher.

Would be nice to know:

• Experience in automation testing.
• Experience in performance and load testing.
