About The Role

We are seeking a proactive Mid-level Client Relationship Manager (Spanish speaker) to join our team. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving client satisfaction, and fostering long-lasting business relationships. This role involves overseeing the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, and ensuring the timely delivery of tailored solutions that align with our customers' needs. As the key point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in business growth by maintaining existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Configure business cases and confirm integration flow
  • Collect and prepare KYC/AML documents for Compliance review
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business partner relationships
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
  • Continuously build your client portfolio
  • Reach out to existing clients on a monthly/quarterly basis, for retention and potential upsell purposes
  • Proactively expand business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue delegations/escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
  • Operate independently on a day-to-day basis

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Proven banking experience with a deep understanding of industry practices and client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of successful experience in client account or relationship management.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to handle diverse client scenarios.
  • Self-motivated and independent thinker with a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating conversations at all levels of an organization.
  • Advanced formal presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Superior analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
