SoftwareOne is seeking a Microsoft 365 Security Consultant in Paris to guide customers on security transformation journeys, designing, implementing, and optimizing their M365 security posture. You will collaborate with Sales, Architects, and Delivery teams to build trusted relationships and deliver secure solutions.

In this role, you will deploy and configure Microsoft Intune and Defender for Endpoint, manage threat/identity solutions, and ensure environments align with best practices while

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365 environments or equivalent.
• Hands-on with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, threat & identity management.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, ADFS, MIM, EMS, GPO, PowerShell, PKI.

• Engage directly with customers to understand needs and deliver high-quality consulting.
• Lead deployment, configuration, and optimisation of Intune and Defender for Endpoint.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated consulting experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365 environments , ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Hands‑on expertise with Intune, Defender for Endpoint , threat & identity management and strong knowledge of Azure AD, ADFS, MIM, EMS, GPO, PowerShell, PKI

• S olid multitasking ability with high standards across multiple client engagement s

• A detail‑oriented, autonomous approach with the ab ility to take initiative and tackle complex challenges

• E ffective communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value

• Recommended certifications : Microsoft 365, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
