Description du poste

We are looking for a Wedding & MICE Sales Manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact on a target audience. You’ll ensure events are successful and memorable. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement sales activities for Wedding, MICE, and events business.
  2. Proactively target Wedding and MICE opportunities in local and international markets.
  3. Proactively sell the hotels’ event spaces and drive Rooms and F&B revenue into the event, restaurant, and bar areas.
  4. Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events.
  5. Establish business and market share for Wedding, MICE, and special events business.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Only for Chinese Expatriate
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the 5 Stars or luxury resort; especially in handling Chinese wedding, event and catering.
  3. Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. A team player with leadership skills and customer-service orientation.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.
