As a MES / MOM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) functional and technical solutions as part of a deployment project for a large industrial client. Must Have Technical Experience in OT (Automation Layer) i.e., ISA 95 Level 2 (PLC, SCADA, and OPC).
Your main responsibilities, in close contact with the Project Manager and Referent Architect, include:
- Participating in design workshops to gather and understand client needs and writing functional and technical specifications.
- Ensuring alignment between client needs and the standard operation of the APRISO solution.
- Making implementation choices for the solution.
- Managing and participating in solution realization.
- Documenting activities.
- Organizing and supervising acceptance phases.
- Securing and managing integration phases and deliveries.
- Communicating directly with the customer during workshops.
- Ensuring convergence between client needs and OT solution operation.
Required profile:
- 8-12 years of experience in MES and Manufacturing domain.
- Experience with Apriso versions 2016-2021.
- Good knowledge of dotnet.
- 3-5 years of experience in Solution Design/Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Process Builder, Machine Integration, and Business Integration.
- Participation in at least 2-3 end-to-end MES implementations in Apriso & OT.
- Familiarity with deployment and release management processes.
- Experience with OPC UA Kepware, Ignition, etc.
- Significant experience in OT Solutions realization and deployment.
- Ability to bring disciplined design processes for major changes.
- Collaborative work with business and technical teams.
- Providing architectural leadership and guiding delivery teams.
- Creating solution architectures aligned with enterprise needs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of the industrial field (production organization, Lean Manufacturing, etc.) is a plus.
