Job Description

• Assist the Supply and Demand Manager in maintaining accurate MRP and forecasts by analyzing sales data and conducting regular forecast reviews with NAMs within a defined monthly process for both new and ongoing products.
• Regularly review in-market sales performance against forecasts and inventory levels, adjusting purchase plans to avoid overstocks or stockouts across UK, France, and USA markets.
• Contribute technical and supply input into new product development to ensure logistical and operational specifications meet local market requirements.
• Manage relationships with UK/EU suppliers and support the Brand Manager team in range selection.
• Oversee customs clearance by ensuring accurate duty rates and timely administration.
• Manage the shipping process from PO generation to tracking and shipping, keeping SAP and business systems updated on receipt and booking dates.

The Successful Applicant

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of planning tools, MRPs, and SAP.
• Analytical problem solver with the ability to evaluate options objectively.
• Adaptable, with a proactive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to express ideas clearly and concisely.
