RATP Dev Mobility Cairo seeks a senior MEP Section Head to lead electromechanical maintenance across a metro zone, overseeing performance, safety, and continuous improvement. You will manage teams, coordinate service providers, and optimise costs while ensuring asset reliability.

The role requires 7–10 years in building and facilities maintenance within the railway sector, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Arabic (French a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• A master’s degree is preferred or considered a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the electromechanical team's strategy.
• Define spare parts reordering and consumption optimisation.
• Establish track performance metrics for efficiency and quality.
• Oversee all maintenance activities to ensure optimal asset performance.
• Develop maintenance strategies aligned with goals and oversee asset overhauls.
• Supervise teams and audit activities of maintenance providers.
• Manage budgeting, resources and personnel within the team.
• Prepare RFQs and oversee bidding and tendering processes.
• Maintain effective communication with clients on KPIs, spare parts and asset conditions.
• Provide technical guidance and support problem solving within the team.
• Respond promptly to service calls for malfunctioning assets.
• Ensure CMMS usage and oversee spare parts strategy.
