The role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of supervisory systems in the Cairo Depot Workshop for Cairo Metro Line 3, with emphasis on proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety compliance. You will maintain BMS, perform inspections, and execute repairs while optimizing system performance through data analysis and coordination.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of maintenance or site supervision experience, familiarity with Maximo, PLC/SCADA, and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical qualification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of maintenance or site supervision experience.
• Railway asset maintenance experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with Maximo, BMS, PLC/SCADA and related systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) for HVAC, escalators, elevators, and building systems.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS equipment.
• Carry out repairs or replacements during routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot BMS hardware/software issues and coordinate with teams.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure adherence to PM plans.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance teams, and contractors for projects.
• Support safety audits and implement safety protocols.
• Maintain records in Maximo and generate reports on asset condition.
