Black & White Engineering is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead on data centre BIM activities, coordinating with the global design team and UK engineering groups to deliver clash-free, high-quality models.

You will oversee the BIM execution plan, project scope, production and maintenance, while contributing to a culture of learning through regular lunch-and-learn sessions and accredited courses.

Come and join the rapidly expanding sector focused on data centres, with the wider adoption of AI it is only going to grow more? Your focus will be to lead on project BIM activities, partnering with the global design team and the local engineering teams in the UK ensuring clash free, high quality designs and models.

The projects you will be working on are with major players in the data centre sector where the company has established relationships. Your previous experience of MEP focused BIM Coordination will be utilised to collaborate with and advise the project team, assure the execution plan, oversee the scope, production and maintenance of BIM models.

Your leadership and influencing skills will also have the opportunity to develop further whilst collaborating with a range of multi-disciplined engineering teams as well as providing advice and guidance to key clients.
