Facade Today is hiring a senior BIM Manager to lead BIM and VDC activities for large-scale data center projects from design through construction. You will manage and maintain fully coordinated multidisciplinary BIM models and ensure compliance with BIM standards and BEP.

You will drive collaboration across architecture, structural, MEP and construction teams, coordinate clash detection using Navisworks, Revizto, or similar tools, and support 4D sequencing and digital delivery workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Several years of BIM Management experience on data center or complex projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary BIM teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and BIM collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of IFC standards and data exchange workflows.
• Experience with BIM automation using Dynamo or Python.
• Experience with 4D planning and sequencing tools.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across design and construction teams.
• Manage and maintain fully coordinated BIM models.
• Ensure BEP and BIM standards compliance.
• Facilitate collaboration among architecture, structural, MEP and civil teams.
• Coordinate information exchange and model integration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform and coordinate clash detection reviews using Navisworks or Revizto.
• Develop 4D construction simulations and sequencing workflows.
• Support digital construction initiatives and site execution planning.
• Produce BIM reports, KPI tracking and model health assessments.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and BIM Engineers.
