What You Will Do

This role involves leading and mentoring engineering teams, managing projects from concept to silicon qualification, and collaborating with key industry partners to deliver innovative memory solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Memory Design and Development: Lead the design and development of advanced SRAM and MRAM test structures, arrays, and full-chip designs for cutting-edge applications. Innovate and optimize memory architectures to achieve performance, power, and area goals for SoCs.
• Project Management: Oversee memory design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including circuit design, test-chip development, and testing.
• Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with foundry partners, EDA (Electronic Design Automation) vendors, and other stakeholders to drive project success. Interface with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of memory solutions into SoCs.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. Stay updated on advancements in memory technology and apply cutting-edge methodologies to projects.
• Research and Innovation: Drive research initiatives and contribute to the development of groundbreaking memory solutions. Publish technical papers and patents to establish the company’s thought leadership in the field.
• Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers to understand requirements and ensure memory solutions exceed expectations. Represent the company at industry conferences and technical forums to showcase innovations and network with peers.

About Who You Are

• You have a PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• We value over 10 years of experience in advanced embedded memory design for mobile and automotive SoCs.
• We look forward to your expertise in SRAM and MRAM compiler development and testing and strong understanding of Design Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO).
• You have a proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• We are looking for your experience with industry-leading foundries and EDA vendors.
• We need your exceptional problem-solving skills and passion for tackling complex technology challenges.
