Service Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative/Teller at our Concord In-Store branch. This role is a great step for anyone interested in a banking career with growth opportunities.

It involves processing transactions, opening/closing accounts, and delivering outstanding member service with needs-based selling, while building lasting relationships. A high school diploma is required and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is desired.
• Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to resolve member issues promptly with courtesy and tact.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Accurately process all transactions while maintaining security and good judgement.
• Open and close member accounts.
• Provide outstanding service, resolve issues, and engage in needs-based selling.
• Create a positive member experience through confidence and enthusiasm.

Pay: $21.00, flexible based on experience.
