Jones Lang LaSalle in Paris, France, is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to manage onsite event operations, coordinate spaces, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams. You will ensure timely responses, strict adherence to safety standards, and smooth communication across stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on setup, strong planning abilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing business needs while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in event coordination, meetings management, or hospitality operations.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple events and vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and event compliance standards.
  • Proficient in using booking systems and operational management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with capacity to work under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on approach to event setup and delivery.

Responsabilités

  • Onsite Events Support – Ground Operations Provide consistent operations per EMEA M&E Services playbook standards
  • Coordinate onsite events with clear, efficient operational processes
  • Set up meeting/events spaces (furniture, catering, office supplies)
  • Refresh meeting rooms as needed (beverages, clear dishes)
  • Check all spaces prior to events
  • Check deliveries accuracy and action if needed
  • Escort event suppliers (catering, technical, décor)
  • Install signage on community boards
  • Use operational tools (GCalendar, ticketing system)
  • Event Administration & Planning
  • Ensure all meeting & events requests are answered within SLA timeframe
  • Serve as main point of contact for event organizers and suppliers during planning
  • Hold meetings as required for planning and provide information to event owners
  • Support administration, organization, and planning for REWS-managed meetings
  • Liaise with suppliers to provide quotes and ensure interventions execute as planned
  • Manage event administration and organization
  • Undertake regular stock control audits (furniture, equipment, utensils)
  • Place orders and track deliveries in timely manner
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Adhere to SFDC Health & Safety and Security regulations for every event
  • Execute SFDC Building fire/emergency evacuation practices
  • Escalate issues and challenges to Senior Coordinator in timely manner
  • Daily Operations
  • Participate in daily/weekly/monthly meetings and check-ins with operations stakeholders (GSAs, SIC, Janitorial, Meeting Services)
  • Communicate daily with REWS Hospitality & Events team
  • Suggest improvements for customer experience
  • Provide flexible approach to changing working hours per business needs
  • Perform ad hoc duties to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Experience


  • 3-4 years of experience in event coordination, meetings management, or hospitality operations

  • Strong planning and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple events and vendor relationships

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and event compliance standards

  • Proficient in using booking systems and operational management tools

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with capacity to work under pressure

  • Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on approach to event setup and delivery



Languages


  • Fluent in French and English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
