Job description

We are currently seeking superstar GOs for our Club Med resort in Asia (excluding Australia).

You are

You will

• Serve as a key contact between the Village services, Club Med Business offices, and our clients
• Ensure daily updates of services modifications in the computer system (accommodations, transport, services, additional clauses, invoices…)
• Prepare activity programs and details based on guest expectations, including relevant documents (welcome speech, restaurant bookings)
• Supervise and ensure the program's implementation across Village services
• Welcome groups and inform them about services and events
• Propose and sell additional services (discovery activities, souvenirs, sports challenges…)
• Contribute ideas during the program conception and stay to boost sales of services (with Commercial teams and profit center managers)
• Host decision-makers during reconnaissance visits and prepare detailed reports for the Commercial office
