Job summary

Terumo Europe NV, based in Rueil-Malmaison (Paris area), is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant for Terumo Cardiovascular in France. You will support the Sales and Marketing teams, coordinate regulatory updates, and manage administrative processes to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

In this role, you will organize national congresses, manage budgets in SAP, coordinate campaigns, and liaise with internal stakeholders to drive business objectives while upholding Terumo's values of

Qualifications

• A three-year degree in business administration, management, communication or corporate administration.
• Experience in a similar position is preferred; medical device or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Strong public tender regulatory, RA & Compliance knowledge.
• Knowledge of Anti-Gift Law, Transparency requirements, and marketing regulations for medical devices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Strong CRM, SAP, and Microsoft 365 knowledge; AI awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team and Sales Manager with regulatory updates, procurement of reports, and presentations.
• Provide Technical/Administrative support: handle service requests, tracking dashboards, and file management.
• Coordinate Marketing & Communications: events, campaigns, budgets in SAP, supplier coordination, and compliance with regulations.
