EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Industrialization Manager to consolidate the MedTech product portfolio within GEARS, bridging R&D and Manufacturing to industrialize processes and meet performance targets across sites.

The role requires an MSc in engineering and 5–10 years in industrial management, with experience in medical devices and mechatronics, a strong service mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills; travel across sites in France, Europe, and beyond is expected.

Qualifications

• MSc in engineering required.
• 5–10 years in industrial management.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrialization of medical devices with mechatronics.
• Strong service mindset, analytical, and business focus.
• Rigorous, structured, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Industrialize new products by designing optimal manufacturing options and IOQ/OQ/PQ processes.
• Sustain and improve products by managing change requests to reduce costs and improve reliability.
• Promote manufacturing performance through benchmarking and lean practices across sites.
• Manage industrial projects including product transfers, automation, and capacity expansion.
