IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and service automated medication dispensing hardware across healthcare facilities. The role emphasizes traveling to sites, collaborating with engineers and healthcare staff, and delivering reliable equipment installations and configurations.

You will join a globally respected medical device company, with training provided and opportunities to advance technical leadership.

Qualifications

Secondary school certificate or equivalent (Realschulabschluss / Mittlere Reife).
Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
English and Spanish/Portuguese required.
Proficient with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
Ability to work with engineers, project managers and healthcare staff to identify equipment layout, operations and workflow.
Ability to use hand and power tools, read schematics, and assemble components.

Responsabilités

Organize, test, and assemble automated medication dispensing systems, installing hardware.
Review schematics, drawings, and logistics to support installation activities.
Pre-assembly, build, and install conveyors and related equipment.
Install pneumatic devices, RFID readers, and sensors throughout the system.
Commission electronic/electrical systems and structured cabling installations.
