We are seeking a Medical Information Specialist and Team Lead W/M to join and strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to medical information enquiries in French, English, and Dutch.
• Handle enquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs), consumers, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
• Be available for on-call duties to address needs outside regular working hours when required.

Profile

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Information or similar roles (e.g., experience interacting with HCPs or consumers in a professional setting).
• Education: Strong scientific background (e.g., degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field).
• Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch, English, and French (both written and spoken).
• Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable speaking with HCPs over the phone, providing accurate and professional responses. Strong ability to handle difficult or stressful situations, including phone crises and managing complaints from dissatisfied individuals. A calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with software tools and adaptability to work in diverse environments. Not afraid to learn new systems and technologies.
• Personal Qualities: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Resilient, with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
