We are seeking a Medical Information Specialist and Team Lead (W / M) to join and strengthen our team.

Group 10 Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to medical information enquiries in French, English, and Dutch.
  • Handle enquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs), consumers, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Be available for on-call duties to address needs outside regular working hours when required.

Group 12 Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Information or similar roles (e.g., interacting with HCPs or consumers in a professional setting).
  • Education: Strong scientific background (e.g., degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related fields).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch, English, and French (both written and spoken).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable speaking with HCPs over the phone, providing accurate and professional responses. Ability to handle difficult or stressful situations, including phone crises and managing complaints from dissatisfied individuals. Maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with software tools and adaptability to work in diverse environments. Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Resilient, with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
