Join a trailblazing biotech on the cutting edge of science and technology.

Hobson Prior is seeking a Director of Medical Affairs to join a biotechnology-focused organization on a 12 month contract based. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing medical programs across Europe, collaborating with various teams to support clinical trials, stakeholder engagement, and educational initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to providing medical insights and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of medical programs across Europe.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to share scientific information and provide education on treatments and therapies.
  • Assist in clinical trial recruitment and execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, and patient groups.
  • Contribute to advisory boards, steering committees, and educational initiatives.
  • Provide strategic medical input and insights to support organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Travel as needed (approximately 30% of the time).

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in cell therapy, particularly CAR-T and lymphoma.
  • Strong connections with lymphoma-focused KOLs in FR and other European countries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the European healthcare system.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
