We’re hiring for a Media Strategy Manager as part of iProspect Global in Paris

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to participate in shaping the strategic direction for two of our major clients – Kering (holding company of brands such as Gucci, YSL, Balenciaga) and Groupe SEB (brands such as SEB, Tefal, Moulinex, Rowenta) as well as contribute to continually evolving strategic capabilities across the iProspect strategic community. Both clients require a strategist that, while being proficient as developing strong media go to market plans, has a strong creative and innovation leaning with a sensitivity for the world of luxury.

Bringing to life our mission of Accelerating Growth that Shapes the Future is a compelling challenge for strategists passionate about challenging false marketing dichotomies to create compelling end to end experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with integrated client leads and strategy directors across Kering and GroupeSEB to actively shape their go-to-market approach.

Take a leading role in the development of business diagnoses, audience profiles and insights, category and consumer trends analysis, channel recommendations as well as ensuring that our global recommendations are activated in market.

Develop award winning ideas – both accounts require a strategist with a strong creative and innovation bias, able to manage the ideation process, identify new opportunities with partners and sell these ideas with conviction.

Support the development of strategies for new business pitches

Participate in the development and training of iProspect’s planning process and the continual improvement of our strategic solutions across topics such as data-driven insights, full funnel journey mapping and measurement.

Qualifications + Skills

A proven track record of support strategic development with positive results

Experience in diagnosing brand challenges, insight development, journey mapping, channel best practice, ideation and innovation

5+ years of experience in relevant roles (most likely in either a media agency, client side or a creative/brand/research agency)

A strong interest in luxury and fashion

A mindset that enables you to reconcile the worlds of brand and performance

A good communicator able to present recommendations with clarity and conviction

What we offer

This is a permanent role, based in our Paris office but working closely with our London global hub. We operate under flexible working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days in the office a week.
