About the role

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Media Production Apprentice to join our team. This role is perfect for someone someone passionate about content creation, storytelling, and the world of startups. You’ll play a key role in producing and distributing engaging content while gaining experience working with startups in the heart of entrepreneurship in France. You’ll be working closely with our Comms & Brand team to support media creation, grow our audience, and amplify the voice of our studio and in-house startups.

Responsibilities:

Media production & post-production

• Assist in setting up and maintaining our media production space (lighting, camera, sound, etc.).
• Edit and publish videos using tools such as Descript or Veed

Short-form & social media content

• Create short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn Shorts.
• Help with creation of visual assets such as Youtube miniatures and other social media assets
• Develop and pitch fresh ideas to grow our YouTube channel views overall audience engagement.

️ Content & communication support

• Contribute to the creation of content for our internal and external marketing initiatives.
• Support the social media and storytelling needs of our in-house startups.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments at the office — from spontaneous photos to team interviews.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and jump into creative projects as needed.

Is that you?

• You’re looking for an apprenticeship starting in September 2025.
• A curious and resourceful creative with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Comfortable with video editing and basic design tools (Descript, Canva, Veed, etc.).
• Up to date with trends on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, etc.
• Interest in startups, tech, and entrepreneurship.
• Bonus: You’ve already created content (for a project, a brand, or your own channels) and you’re proud to show it!
