NielsenIQ is seeking a dynamic Media Effectiveness Development Lead to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships across West Europe. You will lead high-value pitches, craft compelling proposals, and guide RFP responses while expanding MarketingEffectiveness solutions in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires 10+ years of experience, fluency in French and English, and a track record of securing MMM/Media Experiments programs. Hybrid work and a competitive salary are offered.
We are the Marketing Effectiveness team, and we help clients grow their brands by analysing all the marketing activities they have participated in. We do this via strong collaboration across our Commercial, Modelling, and Consulting teams.

Drive Revenue Growth
Identify and activate opportunities to growMMM and Media Experimentsadoption, supporting salesteamswith strategic input andexpertise.This involves developingandexecutingtargeted activation plans to engagelocal sales teams andclients-ensuring strong positioning and influence during the RFP and renewal processes.
Strengthen Client Relationships
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how ourMarketingEffectivenesscapabilities can address their business challenges and deliver measurable impact.This includesthe preparation of high-quality, high-valueresponses to RFIs and RFPsand other proposals-helping craftpitchesthat differentiateNielsenIQin the marketandremain laser-focused on meetingclient goals.

Your profile
The ideal Practice Area Expert is a commercially driven professional with a proven ability to win andgrow business within the Media Effectiveness space. They thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and bring deepexpertisein consultative selling, solution positioning, and navigating complex sales cycles. With a strategic mindset and operational discipline, they balance immediate business needs with long‑term growth ambitions, translating client needs into tailored solutions and consistently delivering commercial impact.
Minimum 10 years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years in direct sales
Proven sales successin securing largeMMM /MarketingEffectivenessprograms, with experience leading high-value pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
Previousexperience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles focused onMMMs and Media Experiments.
Deep knowledge of media evaluation, with the ability to apply insights to real-world client challenges.
Strong business development skills, including the ability toidentifyclient needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Demonstrated thought leadership, with a clear point of view on media strategy; experience presenting at events or webinars is a plus.
Familiarity with sales processes and tools; hands‑on experience in proposal development is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degreerequired;Master’sdegree preferred but not mandatory.
Fluency in French AND English isrequired, any other EU language is a plus
