Qualifications

  • 3-4 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de campagnes, idéalement dans une agence média.
  • Compréhension des principes de vente et expérience client.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, écrit et parlé.

As a

Media Campaign Manager & analyst , your mission is to ensure good coordination for a campaign launch from the brief validation to the final results presentation. Your role involves managing the timelines and the good campaign delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to coordinate each step of the campaign in order to achieve your client goals. You will be part of digital activations for different brands & retailers.

Campaign management

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of advertising campaign execution, from planning to end-of-campaign report
  • Collaborate with internal teams & external stakeholders to define campaign goals and requirements & address any qualities issues or brief revision.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the flow of creative assets, trackings, etc between internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and share a go-live proof for the client
  • Monitoring and ensuring a smooth display of the campaign

Quality Control :

  • Review, with account management team, creative assets, trackings, etc to ensure accuracy to the brief
  • Validate technical specifications and requirements for campaigns, ensuring compliance with industry-standard
  • Work with internal teams to optimize campaigns, according to clients requirements & objectives

Reporting and Analysis :

  • Monitoring and ensuring a smooth display and good performance of the campaign
  • Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance, including delivery & performances KPIs
  • Sharing reports to the client

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in marketing or digital marketing, international business field, operations management or a related field
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in

campaigns and operations management , preferably in the media industry (media agency with programmatic media buying experience)

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of programmatic buying, ad-tech and / or mar-tech landscapes
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships
  • Autonomous and proactive, with a problem-solving attitude
  • Great organizational skill and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
