Description du poste

We are looking for a highly motivated intern (M1 or M2 level) to join our Paid Acquisition team and help develop and optimize our digital media strategy.

You will be part of the Performance Marketing division, reporting directly to the Display & Affiliates Manager. You will collaborate with various internal and external teams, including global media, data, brand & studio teams, as well as external advertisers, media, and tech solutions, to define, execute, monitor, and report on Media & Acquisition operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in developing and executing our affiliation program for the French and German markets to acquire new engaged paid users.
2. Ensure operational maintenance of the affiliation program, including ad network validation, publisher communication, traffic quality and fraud monitoring, adherence to offers, tracking, and creatives.
3. Create, manage, and optimize online acquisition campaigns on top direct publishers and ad networks.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

1. Monitor key metrics, provide reports to management, and conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and action plans.
2. Assess lead quality from the affiliation program, identify publisher opportunities for profitable growth, and challenge poor-quality sources.

Brand and Global Influence:

• Assist in setting and monitoring online branding campaigns to enhance brand notoriety and Deezer's global influence.

Market Trends Benchmarking:

• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and develop new initiatives.
• Maintain ongoing benchmarking of the affiliation landscape, competition, partnerships, and the global ad network environment.
• Attend industry events to identify new opportunities.

This internship is for 6 months, starting January 2024.

Qualifications:

This role is ideal for someone with:

• Experience in online marketing, online advertising, traffic acquisition, or marketing analytics.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Looker Studio is a plus) and data visualization tools, with an affinity for data analysis and case studies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
