Deezer is seeking a super-motivated apprentice to join the Media & Acquisition team in Paris, starting January 2027. You will help develop and optimize our digital media strategy, work with data and creative teams, and participate in campaigns to grow the paid user base.

You will analyze performance, report insights, and contribute to benchmarking the evolving digital landscape. A hybrid work policy and benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

First experience in online marketing, online advertising, traffic acquisition, and marketing analytics.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data reports.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize ad network campaigns to grow paid user base, including creative optimization, publisher monitoring, traffic quality, and fraud control.
Contribute to Creative Diversification for paid acquisition, including briefs for UGC and new messages.
Monitor metrics and provide weekly and monthly reporting to management; perform deep-dive analyses.
Improve acquisition user journeys and campaign quality with the data team to increase Lifetime Value.
Stay updated on industry trends and benchmark the digital acquisition landscape.

Job Description

You will be part of the Performance Marketing division, directly attached to the Media & Acquisition Manager, and will work with many internal & external teams (such as data, brand & studio teams, as well as external advertisers, media and tech solutions) on defining, executing, monitoring and reporting Media & Acquisition operations.

What you will do:

We are looking for a super‑motivated apprentice to join our Media & Acquisition team and help us develop & optimise our digital media strategy.

Participate in delivering business

Manage & optimize our ad network campaigns to grow our paid user base: guarantee operational ad network maintenance (creative optimization, publisher monitoring, traffic quality and fraud control, launch and switch of offers, tracking, launch of A/B tests…)

Take part in Creative Diversification for the Paid Acquisition team: initiate briefs for UGC, develop new messages…

Participate in analyzing & reporting through data:

Monitor metrics, provide weekly & monthly reporting to management as well as deep‑dive analysis to uncover insights and action plans

Improve acquisition user journeys and campaign quality (with data/analytics team) to increase acquired user Lifetime Value (LTV)

Guarantee marketing trend benchmarking

Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and develop new initiatives

Maintain constant benchmarking of the digital acquisition landscape

Qualifications:

This is an apprenticeship contract starting from January 2027

First experience in online marketing, online advertising, traffic acquisition, and marketing analytics

Analytical, with knowledge of Excel (Looker Studio is a +) and in any reports / data visualisation tools & affinity for data report analysis, case studies…

Should be self‑motivated and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment, proactive and persistent

Comfortable with multi‑tasking in a very fast‑paced work environment

Comfortable in English
