Context

The occupational health service comprises three external nurses at a tertiary site with 1,400 employees and one internal nurse at a second manufacturing site with 320 employees. This covers the scope of our Group's health service, which includes 19 services nationwide.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the management of the tertiary site and functionally to the site management and the Group's Occupational Health Coordination, the Medical Doctor (m/f) will oversee employees at both sites, with a distribution of 70% at the tertiary site and 30% at the production site. Main duties revolve around three complementary axes: workplace environment, clinical activity, and related activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring health status through information and prevention visits, tailored and reinforced individual monitoring, and maintaining traceability of exposures, in collaboration with occupational health nurses.
  • Organizing emergency medical response on-site, in coordination with internal and external resources.
  • Advising management, employees, and their representatives on occupational health, health promotion, improving working conditions, and retention.
  • Participating in risk assessment, analyzing work conditions, and advising on prevention measures (collective and individual protective equipment, work organization).
  • Engaging in group work on risk prevention (biological, chemical, physical, psychosocial, and emerging risks) at both site and group levels.
  • Participating in CSSCT-CSE meetings.
  • Contributing to group-wide activities such as national medical meetings, quarterly medical indicators, occupational diseases, and toxicovigilance.
Candidate Profile
  • Registered medical doctor with specialization in occupational medicine (CES, DES), member of the National Order of Doctors.
  • Recognized interpersonal skills, methodological rigor, and synthesis ability.
  • Teamwork-oriented, proactive, with knowledge of risk management.
  • Experience in managing occupational health teams is a plus.
  • Leadership skills for managing teams and external companies.
