Job Description

The Intercommunal Center for Social Action is recruiting a coordinating doctor for its 4 EHPADs (Long-term care facilities) - (Full-time)

The doctor develops and implements, under the administrative authority of the establishment director and with the support of the care team, the care project which is part of the institutional project.

Responsibilities / Conditions of Exercise

• Collaborate with the care team and external health professionals to develop and ensure the implementation of the care project.
• Coordinate with the EHPAD director to organize care provision and ensure the support offered to residents matches the institution's capacity at any given time.
• Assess residents' dependency levels (GIR Weighted Average or GMP) and care needs (PMP Weighted Average or PMP), and validate data.
• Participate in developing nursing care records and supervise residents' medical records.
• Coordinate with external care providers, including private doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Make medical prescriptions as per the Social Action and Families Code.
• Participate in the selection of admission files and conduct interview assessments.
• Prepare the annual medical activity report.
• Ensure training and information for care teams and participate in handovers and synthesis meetings.
• Meet with families and address their questions.
