Qualifications

Job Description

Recognized for your mastery of the legislative and regulatory framework of social action for the elderly and disabled, and familiar with institutional partners of local authorities in this area;

  • Autonomous, proactive;
  • Reactive, able to prioritize and work under pressure;
  • Dynamic, team-oriented;
  • Medical doctor, registered with the Medical Council, holding a university degree in Gerontology or Geriatrics, or capable of working as a Geriatrician or EHPAD coordinator.

The Department of Territorial Autonomy Teams is one of three departments under the Deputy General Directorate in charge of Autonomy. It comprises five territorial MDPH poles, seven autonomy poles, the territorial animation service, and the planning service for APA.

Under the authority of the Director of Territorial Autonomy Teams, you will actively contribute to:

  1. Develop departmental policies for the elderly and disabled persons;
  2. Ensure medical reference for deployed doctors and coordinate them;
  3. Lead a network for exchanging practices and expertise (in gerontology and disability) with doctors from autonomy poles;
  4. Be the privileged medical contact on issues related to elderly persons (PA) and disabled persons (PH);
  5. Ensure the dissemination and adoption of recommendations or studies from national health agencies;
  6. Serve as the medical referent for the DGA Autonomy;
  7. Foster internal cross-functionality and partnerships, and contribute to the monitoring mission.
